All of our folding chair rentals are cleaned using a special cleaning machine and inspected by our operations team before and after every use. Aside from the expected general wear and tear due to being a rental item, we rotate our inventory weekly to ensure you’re getting the best possible quality chair for rent.

Nope. Each tent rental includes free installation by our professional team of tent experts. Our tent installers are required to complete extensive training, to ensure you’re working with a professional for your event.

Our tent selection ranges from a variety of sizes and styles.

The smallest being a 20ft x 20ft tent which can seat between 30 to 50 people. Our largest tent we offer is our 40ft x 240ft High Peak Pole Tent.

We carry 20w, 30w and 40w size tents and all of our tents are commercial grade from industry leading manufacturers.

Yes. Our company offers round trip delivery and pick up within approx. 50 miles. Our delivery costs are based on the size of the order, location and other details. We do have a $200 minimum order requirement in order to qualify for delivery.

If you prefer, you can also pick up and return your rental order from our main office in Reisterstown, Maryland.

Yes, for an additional cost. Our standard delivery includes our team scheduling your delivery 1-3 days prior to your event date, with an estimated 3 hour arrival window.

If you require after-hours delivery and/or pick up (outside of our operating hours) OR same-day-service (which includes our crew delivering and picking up your order the same day as your event), we do offer this for an additional cost.

No. We get this question very often. Our company did start in Hampstead, MD but moved locations in 2021. Many people mistaken our company for Dreamers Travel which is located in Hampstead, MD.

If you would like to reserve the items and services on your rental proposal, we require a signed contract to our rental agreement, 50% non-refundable deposit and a valid card on file to hold the reservation. All reservations are subject to approval.
